Diablo III: Eternal Collection will be released on November 2 for Nintendo Switch

Blizzard has announced the publication date of Diablo III for the Switch. The game will be released on November 2nd. It concerns the Eternal Collection, which also contains the extensions Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer.

It is possible to play the Switch version of Diablo III with four players simultaneously on one console. Multiplayer is also possible via the Switch Online service from Nintendo. Through this way players can participate in the Diablo Seasons, a competitive game mode. The game also supports cloudaves via the online service of Nintendo.

The Switch version of Diablo III also receives a number of cosmetic extras based on the Zelda games. For example, it is an armor set that has been modeled after Ganondorf. According to Blizzard, the game runs at 60fps with a 720p resolution in handheld mode and when the Switch is placed in the dock, the game gets the same framerate in a 960p resolution. The game costs 60 euros.
